Ma’at (External Link to Browser game)
Ma’at is a math game I’ve been cooking up for the better part of a year and I used an LLM to help build the game according to the rule set I ideated. This game is meant to be a focus-stimulating brain-teaser that sharpens math skills. The game is thematic of ancient Egypt (I’m interested in Egyptology - Ancient Egypt fascinates me).
Ma’at is the ancient Egyptian goddess of truth, balance, law, and justice. According to Egyptian Mythology, in the Duat (the Egyptian underworld), the hearts of the dead were said to be weighed against her single "Feather of Ma’at," symbolically representing the concept of Ma’at, in the Hall of Two Truths. If the heart was found to be lighter or equal in weight to the feather of Ma’at, the deceased had led a virtuous life and would go on to Aaru, the name for heavenly paradise. This myth is the inspiration for the concept of this video game. I hope you enjoy!
